Tropical Restaurant – Vietnam
This tropical restaurant was designed as the social heart of the Hippo Farm experience — a regenerative hospitality space connecting families, nature, and community. Positioned with a panoramic view over the equestrian arena, it allows parents to follow their children’s training sessions without interfering, creating a calm and immersive farm hospitality experience.
Connected to the swimming pool, permaculture garden, ecolodge, tents, and dormitory, the restaurant became the main gathering place for visitors, retreat groups, and eco-travelers discovering the farm lifestyle.
Built with local bamboo, wood, and palm leaf roofing, the project follows regenerative design and sustainable architecture principles, using natural materials, passive ventilation, and sensory design to create a space deeply connected to the landscape and the identity of the land.
